We hoped that reptiles meant snakes rather than alligators, but even snakes wouldn't be any fun.

This marker identifies all those instrumental in the placement of the sculpture.

The sign says Collectables and Receivables are managed out of this building. I'm guessing they mean money and not Star Wars figurines.

We were surprised that more people weren't taking advantage of the riverfront park on a beautiful spring day. My wife is the figure walking at the lower right.

We ate lunch on the way back downtown at Roul's Deli in Scotlandville. "Best Philly Cheesesteak in Town" is a minimal accomplishment in Baton Rouge and not necessarily supported by what we ate.

The Mississippi River is near flood stage. We took a ride to Southern University in north Baton Rouge for a bluffside view.
