Our favorite Zephyr, Valentino Pascucci, hit a long fly ball to right on this swing for the final out of the game. What a name...Valentino Pascucci!

Part of my birthday weekend was an excursion to another New Orleans Zephyrs baseball game. The Zs lost 7-1, but I still had fun experimenting with my new camera, though I'm afraid I didn't learn much about taking sports pictures at night, especially behind a screen. The camera was determined to focus on the screen rather than the players. Fireworks followed the game.
Program Note - This post completes May with a post every day and 45 consecutive days overall.

Congrats on the 45 consecutive days!
I think these shots are very nice...much better than I could do outside at night. Shots 5 & 9 are on the money!!
