This one is in NYC. We didn't cross it, but I got a pretty good angle on a picture while Kay was driving.

Tom's Restaurant (aka Tom's Diner) on Washington Ave. in Brooklyn. The best breakfast in Brooklyn served 24 hours a day with free orange sections and a cookie. This beloved establishment was spared during riots in the '60s because of the wonderful attitude and service of its proprietor.

Kay washed all our laundry and we left Braintree at about 12:15 a.m. on Monday. Here are some photos of our trip to NYC and our evening and morning with our granddaughters.
I apologize for the lack of pictures from Rhode Island and Connecticut. I was either driving or coaching my daughter's driving.
