The missing tower

Lion Cave of Lion Hill. An old woman told me I can walk through the cave to the other side of the hill, but it's dangerous to walk in without a flashlight.So I didn't enter.

Peach Blossom River. Hebo Tower should be at the foot of Lion Hill,faces to the river.

I heard a kind of special stone tower called Hebo Tower used for preventing the evil spirits those living in water from doing harm to people.Luckily I found there's one in a village near West Hill Park,so this morning I went there.But I didn't find the tower.I asked many villagers about it,young and old people,but no one knows there's a tower at the foot of the hill.
It's missing?......So strange,no one knows......
