Two Monumental Archways

2007.11.29

inscriptions as follows: “敕赐已故儒士傅肇序之妻周氏守节苦志建坊”

Inscriptions as follows: “敕赐已故生员傅肇元之妻张氏系桂林张义姑十五世孙女青年守节抚侄全贞建坊”

These two monumental archways were found in Fujia Road,Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, southeast Guilin. They were built by Fu's Family respectively in 1738 and 1739,to commemorate their grandmothers.

So far I know there're monumental archways remained in three places in Guilin.
