great portrait. I enjoy the rich, velvety black in the background. My first reaction was to chuckle. the only thing that stands out to me is how the line of what seems to be molding is crooked. It's not a huge thing, but it's the kind of thing that bugs me in my own work. Overall, I really enjoy it.

Life is so boring when I sleep, unless I have those dreams(?). But I fully understand this shot - 3-1/2 hours to do ones hair only to hit by a gust of wind. Such a tough life!! This shot is a classic DM - Rockwell at his/her best!! Excellent humour, you are a major "hootress"!!

Thanks! Forest - It bothered me to but for some reason when I nudged it back into a straight line I lost something else. I'm not sure why but the tiny nudge changed the feeling of the picture for me so I set it back to crooked. Besides...crooked is kind of fitting for me.

Cool, very cool, love the expression. I didn't notice the door frame until forrest mentioned it, doubt it makes much difference.
