Rosti -Potatoe pancakes

potatoe pancakes- easy to make and lots of joy...not mention lots of callories ;)
how to make them?
you need some potatoes (5), one medium onion, oil
You must peel potatoes, grate them, you can finely chop or grate onion, mix grated potatoes and onion, add some salt and pepper- mix!
Then put big spoon of mixture on hot non stick pan with a little bit of oil (will help pancakes to become golden brown) and fry until they are done- golden brown :)
ps. if there is too much liquid from potatoes afte grating them...just remove the juice
