Queen Mary's Roses

I make no apologies for today’s posting being totally sentimental – I want some colour in this grey, grey summer…. And my mum will like them!

There seem to be two things that like the rain – ducks and roses! (More about ducks some other time.) Yesterday I walked in Regent’s Park and hidden away in one corner of the huge park is Queen Mary’s Rose Garden – at the moment it is beautiful. I know I am old fashioned but I love roses.
