A favourite place

The path up to the top

One of the things I love about London is the number of green spaces in town and one of my favourites is Primrose Hill, just north of Regent's Park. At the top of the hill it is such a good place to just sit and relax - and you also get one of the best views in London.

For those of you interested in photographic history, Primrose Hill was also the location for the famous portrait of the artist Francis Bacon shot by Bill Brandt (one of my favourite photographers).

photopoet Looks like a serene place, in the midst of a busy city, to sit and read a book. You've captured the greens.
