"Amber, candied orange, burnt sugar, cinnamon, raspberry mouse, rose petal, tangerine smoothie", ....that's what I think when I look at the colours and I love it, but that's not Africa. Well, what do I know, silly me...I've never been there. For you Dave, the images have a deeper different resonance, don't they make you remember the whisper of the tall grass, the smell of the air and the warmth of the sun on your skin ? How huge and bright was the moon - how clear the sky; we can even see the craters on its surface.Where there any crickets ? It's a special set for me.
