Nicely done! Well composed and nice b/w balance. Do you know Kerfendal's blog? Some of the best shots on PB in my opinion and his best are Paris in the rain (OK, I'll throw in "at night" as well... second shot). Seems there are no excuses, just more to learn! :)

You caught a moment of amazing light. I like how bright the building looks against those beautiful dark clouds and I'm glad you incorporated the front element ( the edge ) not only that it makes the composition more solid like a double base but I like how it looks like a reflection of the building and trees on wet pavement ...even if it's not.Love the atmosphere and contrast.
