The park after dark...

I had either forgotten or simply not realised how beautiful St James' Park is after dark - it's not somewhere I tend to go at night. But the other night I was going to some friends' apartment nearby and was early so I went for a stroll round to the park and couldn't resist taking a few pictures.

For your orientation, I am standing at the Horse Guards end looking along the lake towards Buckingham Palace in the distance. By the way, I haven't modified the colours in any way.
