This is a beautiful shot. I always wish I had made it there to see them. I was supposed to visit NYC for the very first time as part of a school trip and we were to leave on September 25, 2001... of course we never made it. My first visit ended up being September 2007. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous shot...

I waited to go first check on my passport and then write. I saw and went up the WTC for the first and the last time in the late Fall of 2000. I always liked the buildings, although their simplicity doesn't make them so unique. But the twin formula worked wonderfully...They look so great surrounded by the old city .... New York will never be the same without them. I cried That day.
