Then perhaps a walk to the Venetian fort at the end of the promenade...

And the glorious view from the tower...

And perhaps a daydream (or several) about a life on the high seas :-)

This is Trogir, the first stop on my trip along the Dalmatian coast of Croatia. Just over 2 hours from London and seemingly a world away!

Were there actually so few people or did you wait to take such people-less photos? Lack of other tourists is a huge advantage for me :D
