I think the chairs get together by themselves, because was too affraid of spending their whole lifes standing in rows beside desks! :-) Nice pic!

I think they were trying to clean the floor and decided they'd make a chair bonfire. You came at just the right moment, when everyone left the room to find matches and gasoline. :) I don't know but it doesn't look like art to me but to each his (or her) own.
