This was a CNY gathering being held at our housing area on the 9th day of Chinese New Year. Everyone was invited and to bring our own food or drinks. The purpose of this event was to let everyone who stayed at this area to interact with each other and also support the neighborhood watch to prevent crime such as robbery and theft. I didn't really want to attend at first until I heard the folks fired up fireworks and firecrackers. Lion danceteam was also invited to cheer up the event. The in-charged personnel saw me snapping around and requested me to document the whole event as they're going to publish it in the papers (according to them).
