年糕 Sticky Rice Cake

I'm ready to eat some!

This is a cake made of rice, sugar and water, processed through by grinding to get the extract of the mixture and to be steamed at the final stage. Nowadays we can just buy this cake everywhere during this season, without the need to do it by ourself. This cake is usually sold at RM 2.50 or cheaper. The best way to serve this is to slice the cake into pieces and fried them with egg and flour.
