These photos were taken on the midnight of Chap Goh Mei at Shang Di Temple, which marked the final day of Chinese New Year 2008. I stayed there for about 40 minutes, photographing the beautiful and colorful lanterns that hung in front of the temple and the interior as well. The temple closed at about 1230 am and it shall open the next morning to welcome Chinese to have their praying sessions.
