...then all the more i have a reason to visit kuching!! :-) i think i've seen something similar in the night market vicinities of KL, maybe selangor. i figure they put up the noodles for drying, is that right? (and what just strikes me now is that having food exposed so much to the streets with all it's exhaust from cars, etc. would probably be strictly forbidden here in switzerland... too bad, because i reckon that's where the taste comes from... ;-) |
