Bush pilot Stanley was leaving Ratcher’s home in the Faroe Islands, flying back to the UK to meet up with Jarvo. However, during a terrible storm, he was blown off course and had to set his plane down on an uncharted island in the ocean!

Stanley scrambled from his plane unhurt and began to assess his situation. A thick forest surrounded the entire area. He struck off, hoping to find some inhabitants and a cell tower!

After finding what appeared to be a human footprint,

Stanley followed it down a small path through the woods.

Finally, he found a beautiful waterfall and a small pool, which would provide nourishment and drinking water for his weary body.

Just when things were looking up for him, Stanley heard a rustling sound in the trees. He couldn’t believe what he saw – a brontosaurus lumbering toward him! “That can’t be!”, he thought! But decided to put his new Nike’s to the test, just in case he wasn’t hallucinating!!

He climbed the nearest hill for safety, but that, too, wasn’t the solution to his mounting problems.

As this new dinosaur came after him, he was faced with another immediate decision – the T-Tex or the volcano?

Before he could even think about his choice, a raptor challenged the T-Rex for him!

While they were distracted, Stanley didn’t waste any time waiting to see who won the battle, and hastily made his way up the slope, feeling pretty good about his chances of survival.

Unfortunately for Stanley, he should have been looking up instead of down, because it was at the top that the final victor waited!

I grew up in the days when there was a new dinosaur movie or a new Godzilla flick every Saturday. I loved all those like "Journey to the Center of the Earth", "1 Billion Years BC", and "The Land that (theme) Forgot".

Excellent Brenda! I love it!!!! Very creative and entertaining!! Poor Stanley...I hope, through some miracle, that he reappears at a later time! Meanwhile, I'll keep my eyes open for him (or his remains) next time I'm in Branson!

When I read the first few sentences, I was sure that one of your PB friends had died actually trying to visit another PB friend! I'm glad that's not the case!
