"Big Red", the Arkansas red Razorback hog, who watches over our patio

Storm clouds brought rain for the course on Friday and threatened the weekend event, but...

...today, the same scene was bright and beautiful as Larry and I prepared to watch the play, with our chairs, coffee mugs, binoculars and, of course, our cameras!

This was about the only "birdie" we saw all day, sitting on a fairway stake

Looking over our pond to the #3 fairway, which can be under water with a heavy rain! Today, it was calm and cool.

A friend of ours brought his 2-year old son to help him verify hole-in-ones on the par-3 behind our house. I must have taken 50 pictures of his cute little boy, Jack!

The end of a perfect golfing day - and we get our pretty scene back!

The symbol of the University of Arkansas is the red Razorback hog and the "hog call" is "Woo Pig Sooie"! This weekend they're playing the Razorback golf tournament right behind our house, so we spent all day today watching the players go by, many of whom hit in the water instead of the green!

Woo Pig Sooie, thanks for sharing Brenda. The second picture looked awful threatening.

Love #2, I always think it looks so cool when a storm is approaching and part of the sky is dark and luminous but the sun in still shining.

Great shots! I love the sky in number 2 and the colours in the last pic. I love those days when they sky is so blue and there are huge clouds. Makes everything look so pretty

I just love #2 you managed to capture that just before the sky opens and pours down rain look! Is the razor back hog doing a good job of watching over your patio or is he watching the golf course.......Woo Pig Sooie! haha
