Palawan Island Fisherman

This guy's an old fisherman having his usual break in one of the shores of Palawan Island.

I thought the set was exotic and really liked the subject and facial experession while he was grooming his fighting cock.

The fisherman's feet are partially cut by the frame which was obviously the camera's parallax error. These things usually happen when one is using the LCD in framing the subject.

I did some post-process with these using HDRI to improve the contrast and the tones.

Dad uses these as subjects for his paintings.
