number one is best, but minus the goofy thumbs up. maybe him holding one bag of chips instead? these aren't as bad as you think...and btw i'm still struggling to do any better than my first time when i have to do environmental portraits for real. so don't fret. :) remind me to show you my first environmental portrait that i had to shoot to get published when i'm up there the next week. my editor almost cried because i had gone all the way out to Clewiston to shoot this lady and came back with fifty tight shots of her shoulders up. we ended up running one with her mouth half way open as she spoke, gawd, i was so in over my head haha.

oh and these are way too punchy and dark. isn't stanfil teaching you anything in lab? :D ...and the fucking white balance, still...
