Hask photographed a ship at Halifax Harbour all decked out in twinkling Christmas lights.

Dro captured some of the boardwalk extending out into the water, complete with others enjoying the night view.

We like to think that every day has the potential for moments that are worthy of celebration, but today was extra special. In the wee hours of the morning, a special baby girl was born, giving Dro a brand new cousin. There's always something amazing about getting to see a new baby with ten tiny little fingers and ten tiny little toes and a whole world of potential before her. We're hoping that we'll get to take some photos with her in the next little while so that we can help preserve the memories of her first few days.
Today also happened to be the annual Christmas party for Hask's work. It was great to get to spend such a happy day celebrating with others and enjoying the good things in life. We managed to sneak away between all of the celebrations and snap a few photos of the sights from the Halifax Harbour.
