As we got off the Metro at the National Mall station, we were walking north through the mall to the museums and came across this scene. There were about a dozen VERY young children with their chaperones walking hand-in-hand with bells on their shoes.

I don't know if this is daycare for one of the government buildings or what, but we thought it was a very cute scene.
