After a full day on the beach, we headed north up the keys to find some lunch. We finally stopped at the Blue Dolphin Cafe on Longboat Key - not the greatest lunch ever, but it was okay.

My dad had been wanting to drive all the way up the chain of keys (Siesta, St. Armands, and Anna Maria Island), so our car continued north on Gulf of Mexico Drive. We ended up stopping at Bradenton Beach. Despite being just 24 miles from Siesta Beach, Bradenton Beach was far windier, bigger waves, and a rockier, less pleasant beach.

We stayed just long enough for me to get these shots of the waves, a surfer, and a windsurfer.
