black & white;bitter/sweet

There's always a way...

death, purity... bilberry, sugar...
Combine them however, and you will find answers.

Etymology

Black bilberries : "The Latin "myrtus" was the symbol of love. In the language of flowers, myrtle is a sign that one is seeking solitude. Bilberries are small berries about the size of a pea, black and covered with a thin layer of bluish bloom. Slightly bitter, in taste."
And as I, myself said, and still believe, black is not badness, sadness, tragedy, nor other melodramatic things... it is black. And as for the bilberries, which is a great exemple to illustrate my point of view: it is black, but has a taste that is so smooth, silky-like, melting into your mouth, solf tiny "heavens". So this time, harmless for real, 'cause a big basket of bilberries dropped upon you can't kill you. It will "stain" though.

Sugar: Everyone knows sugar is sweet, but when it's "too" sweet, we might be exposed to hyperglicemia, which refers to a high level of glucose in your blood. I don't know about you, but that sounds scary. There is also hypoglicemia, which designates a low level of sugar, and that, my friends, is just plain sad(metaphoricaly speaking). I wouldn't want myself lacking of "sugar"(as in "love"). And besides this, sugar, when you think of it, it is rough, has sharp edges, and a big block of sugar, can even kill you, take it as if it were a big giant "good for nothing, desguised into a white-pure-harmless-cotton-candy legend" rock. Cautious.

White - purity,goodness ; Black - death, evilness
It is the all time logical, natural way of seing things. Not for everyone. To be a bit more precise, Japanese wear white as a symbol of mourning and death. In contrast, In the Maasai tribes of Kenya and Tanzania, the color black is associated with rain clouds, a symbol of life and prosperity. Others say it is perfection and beauty or honor.

"A "black dwarf" is the designation used in astronomy for a star that has burned out." (this phrase is to be interpreted freely)

But judging by philosophers, things can be black-and-white, meaning that the issue at hand is "dichotomized (having two clear, opposing sides with no middle ground=no gray)".

Now combining these terms can change each word's meaning... therefore you can have "black-sugar", which denotes an inch of sadism... or "white-bilberries" which really sound like poisonous witchcraft.

Whatever you choose, there's always good in something bad, and vice-versa: symbolism of Ying and Yang. Singularly, they're not perfect, but as a whole, they form a flawless round shape.

Grab a spoon.
