We took a late afternoon hike up to Cape Split. It was getting dark so we couldn't stay long, plus we could hear the rumble of distant thunder. We managed to get back down to the car before it got dark.
As you look out to sea while standing on this point of land, you are looking straight across a narrow section of the Bay of Fundy towards East Advocate, Nova Scotia. and Saint John, New Brunswick beyond. Parrsboro, Nova Scotia is to the right, and the Bay of Fundy coast of Nova Scotia disappears over the horizon on your left.
