a tree

2007.12.18
Late one night while walking home from a friend's house I took a photo of a tree. There was very little light, it was foggy, and I had no tripod nor anything close by to rest the camera on. I got what you would expect: a dark, blurry photo. But there was something I liked about it, and every so often I open this photo and mess around with it in Photoshop. Above is the original image. My variations are below.

dried blood sepia and tree bark texture.

mysterious yellow glow

blurry/sharp
