Mostly the flight is pretty dull as it's just over seemingly endless open ocean. It gets interesting when the crescent shape of Sable island appears in the distance.

As we approached the island we could see the thousands of seals dotting the beaches and all over the dunes.

Our first night on the island was to be spent at B.I.O. house. It turned into two night due to high winds and rain (this photo was taken a few days later)
