Day 298 of 365 - Strange Bottles

I am surrounded by foodies including my wife, oldest son and best friend. One of the interesting things that you see when foodies are everywhere in your life are strange bottles and even stranger sounding ingredients. Now to a cook or a chef, these bottles are normal and everyday. But to a guy who burns water when he’s in the kitchen, these bottles all look and sound almost alien. I’ve learned to throw around terms that I have no idea what they mean like, reduction, or infuse, etc... All my loved ones smile and nod at me, knowing full well I haven’t a clue.

So, here are to those strange delightful bottles found in a foodies kitchen and a hearty “thank you” for what they produce.
