car junk

2007.03.23

please bear with me.

i always wanted to post these beauties here, not because i like cars so much (my theories about cars will have to wait for a later post), but because they are so peacefully dead respectively dying in the midst of our lively world.

it's soothing to see that. it gives me a good feeling to know that if we abandon technology and civilization, it will eventually overgrown and swallowed up by nature again.

doesn't that give you another reason to look positive into the future?

chipotle these are great shots.

i owned a caddy like that for years. metallic blue. you didn't steer it as much as you aimed it. and prayed.

RensRijlaarsdam It's like old, wrinkly bald people, signs of having lived shows character. I wish we had more of these great big american machines in europe.

pixkid One man's trash is another's treasure... yeah, the peacefulness is clear, I really like it, not for the cars themselves.
