Thanks for your comments, apparently it's good to stretch your toes. These stations look so clean, that's just so GERMAN! The old, pink(?) and yellow trains look amazing. I tried voting but the site seemed to be having difficulties, unless it was just my technical incompetence...highly likely.

I like these pictures. You catch that feeling. Trains - traveling with others, the romance of strangers, the excitement of change. I was so looking forward to my train trip last year, but the reality of the train-ride was disappointing. I think in Europe, the trains are much nicer. So I'll keep that fantasy. People used to dress up to take a trip.

oh i love these! i really want to go to berlin.... it is so high on my list of cities to visit. oh um... i don't have son. hah ha. i have a few nephews though. jack (holding the newt is one of them)
