on the moon

2007.09.27

... and then there it was, on a god forelorn roundabout somewhere in southern france near montélier: hergé's rocket from "tintin on the moon" - one of his best albums and an all time favorite of my childhood.

history kicks the butt many, many times... not only my personal one, but that of all mankind.

cavist Resemblence is remarkable! I think I noticed this rocket last year, but as my childhood did not pass reading TinTin... Nevermind, nice set!

Sevendipity · 2007-10-01: 16:24
