We were busy running errands and groceries yesterday in preparation for this big storm! We noticed too many people at the supermarket; it must have been due to the winter storm warning as well as people shop in preparation for the Super Bowl weekend.

However, this monster storm did not hit our area as bad as Washington DC which had close to three feet of snow.
I would say this was nearly ten inches of snow.

It was snowing all night long last night and this morning we woke up to this white blanket around our apartment.

We just snapped pictures from the house as it was too cold and windy outside. I guess nobody was interested in playing with the snow anymore. Hah!
