Cargo for summer roadtrip

Summer vacation just began for the kids... yay!

We have been scouting for how best to have an extra space for our camping stuff during this coming roadtrip. It was too troublesome during our camping trip last summer as D had to remember the exact configuration in order to accomodate our stuff back into the car boot after each stop. Heheh.

D was extremely happy with the good deal he got at Sears for this extra 18 cubic feet of cargo space.

The boys immediately assembled it at our backyard the moment we arrived home from Briarwood mall, while Sarah and I left for the "Farewelcome ice cream social" at Northwood. That was the last big event we attended in this neighborhood... sob... sob.

Farhan has always been excited and helpful to help his Daddy when it came to assembling stuff... and reading instruction manual too. Hah!

Since it was already dark by the time they took this picture, they must have taken a good few hours to have it ready and tested on NIKAI's roof.

I believe we should put in here something light and bulky in the like of sleeping bags, pillows and air beds :)

Farhan and D were so eager to show-off what they had accomplished to me the next morning.

At the moment, we are quite busy packing the house and planning for the roadtrip. Hence, I apologize for less frequent updates, please don't get tired of visiting this photoblog yeah :P
