Great shot, love the take on the theme. I missed this theme, I'm a it 'out of the loop' recently. I love the way the strap of the D40x is wrapped over towards the old camera. Kinda like he's giving his grandfather a hug. (perhaps I'm reading to much in to it, but anyway).
