To bad you can't enlarge it to full size, it really looks good big size.
Wondering why the landscape shots remain small when enlarged. |

You make me (almost) want to visit a circus. These are just beautiful images. Regarding the lack of enlargement in landscape mode: I think you could post that vertically to get around the problem and the magic of that acrobat wouldn't seem any more or less impossible! Well done!

fantastic job!!! Your timing in particular on these seems to be spot on. especially #3. Pretty low noise for 1600...did you try to adjust the noise PP?

i love number two. Great colours for using a flash, sometimes you can lose the atmosphere, but you have retained it here.

When you go to 1600 Iso were you on P mode or M ? In P mode the Camera will read all the picture not just the High light part.

Good stability of your hands in ISO 400. #1 is my favorite for the style and colorful lights. Thank you for sharing, Jan:)

What ever idea you got in your had, you go for it, and always succeed! Fascinating shots... her dress looks like burning! By the way, I managed to enlarge the second landscape shot... I am sure Pauline`s beautiful eyes were sparkling!

no wonder your shots look great w low lighting.....flash work perfectly in this situation; using the in-built flash? not many indoor place allow flash....that's why i ordered a f/2.8 zoom lens...will show you some test shots when i got it!
