Photos taken during Health Mapping Exercise ~ conducted by Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) at MacPherson area on 12 July 2008.
My Happy Healthy Family (MHHF) is a join public health education initiative by Novartis, SHF and Singapore Cancer Society to raise awareness and educate people through community outreach programs about cancer and cardiovascular diseases, the two top killer diseases among Singaporeans. SHF is providing door-to-door health checks and health surveys conducted free for all the households to increase their awareness about their risk factors and to promote participation in disease preventive health screening and health education talks organized at their doorsteps.
