De Haan tram station
2009.03.05
This is the oldest tram station along the Belgian coast still standing, dating back to the early 1900's, and still in use. This building is also on the protected buildings list (thank god) More of picturesque De Haan in a later post.

What a great set and beautiful place! like the choice of b/w, the building has really strong graphic lines on those columns. 3 is my favorite, I like the strong detail, slight amount of background, and the overexposure at the top... well done! The shot of the tracks is great also.

Wow, what a pretty tram station. We don't have many trams here (only Croydon, Manchester and Blackpool I think) from what I've seen ours are all quite ugly. Yours is beautiful. Lovely set of photographs. I like the B&W ones best. I think they give your pictures a more oldy-worldy feel.

again, you have the best b&w pictures ever! that's another beautiful building. i especially love the way the columns stand out and the one of the tracks is amazing!

Last time I saw a tram was in Sheffield. These are lovely photos and the building is like a fairytale station.
