20080221 - Michigan Street Exit

2008.02.21


This morning I was taking the Michigan Street exit off of I-5 southbound and the bottom of Mt. Rainier was just magical looking out in the distance. This is taken at about 65mph on the off ramp, so it's slightly blurry.


Later in the day -
It doesn't fit the title, but sitting here at my desk I heard a siren, so I grabbed my camera and snapped this firetruck photo from the balcony of the office.

lexlevans ok i love mt. rainier - but i have to admit i was really excited for some reason to see the word michigan in the title (i grew up there). i love any shot of this mountain, whether you are goin 65 mph or standing still. it's just so photogenic! :-)

MHJphotos I agree with Lex ... very difficult to take a bad shot of Tahoma!!! The clouds in this shot are awesome!

This post is cool too because my first job out of college was right at the bottom of the Corson/Michigan exit!

focussed Thats got to be one of the prettiest views from a highway(or whatever it is you call them over there) ever.....Must make the drive into work very pleasant indeed!
