20090916 - Volleyball Season

Perfectly un-focused...I think I will claim that I did it on purpose.




Last night was my dad's team's volleyball match against their toughest league competitor. They took care of business in 4 games and played really well. Landon got to watch Papa coach for the first time, he really liked the lights and sounds.

My 24-70 L lens is in the shop so I pretty much shot the whole night with my 50mm f1.4 lens (except for a couple wide angle shots). It was a bit of a challenge but when it focused right, the dof was very cool.

Sorry I haven't been able to visit many of your blogs lately...life seems to be a bit busier with a little one!
