I think Portugal and Spain are far more advanced than France in developing wind generators, I think I have a few pictures from my last trip, I will post them soon!
Yes, in terms of europeans statistics, it's us two and Germany that have the 3 top spots in terms of using wind energy...the interesting thing about this post is that some people felt it still as some kind of cruzade... while others felt it as something vert TODAY... not tomorrow!
