Day 4/369/354 - After the Storms

We've been having some pretty serious rain and storms over the last couple of weeks here on the Gold Coast. So much for sunny Queensland!

This is the aftermath on one of the beaches, close to a river outlet where sticks, branches and contents of people's backyards were washed down the river in the flooding out to sea, only to be washed back up on the beach.

Among this mess we found some interesting stuff - a photo frame, a headlight, a bottle of turps, a loveheart cushion, a peice of motorcross armour and even an entire park bench! Crazy.
