walking in a whisker wonderland

i attached a macro diopter(? - its actually a component of a wide angle filter attached lens) to my prime 1.8 lens with an ring adapter -
i'm no expert with lenses, but it gave me very interesting "glowy" effect, with intensely shallow depth of field, and manual focus being thrown around by hand shake.
