Desaturated Summer

Grey clouds are gonna clear up..........

There's a burst down pipe out the back that spurts water after a heavy down pour. After i took this I realised I wanted a faster shutter speed and by the time I re-adjusted the water completely stopped. Arrgg.. damn those time constraints.

One of the few flowers that surrounds our apartment building.

Home after day 3 back at work. So far it's not as tough as I thought it was going to be but then again classes haven't actually started yet.

So today was one of those crazy Melbourne days that make you feel like its winter when in actual fact your in the complete opposite season! The clouds burst open with steady rain for most of the day. Made me feel like shooting everything in B&W which is not like me. I usually need a bit of color thrown in there.

sometimes a gray day motivates you in directions you wouldn't usually take. very nice shots. i really love the way the buzzer shot is composed. i hope today is a sunny one for you nonetheless! ^_^

sometimes summer rain showers are nice to sit back and enjoy. listening to the rain on the roof, or going onto the porch and watching it.

i like #2, even if you feel you needed a faster shutter speed - i still think it looks very neat! and that cloud photo is very threatening :-)
