hehehehe copycat! :P how funny we were taking the same kind of shot at the same time without any collusion whatsoever.. brilliant! :) I really like the first one, I think you are being far too harsh on yourself. You are a natural photographer, and I think your shots are far better than you realise. Give yourself the credit you deserve. First shot is going straight to my faves, and I am in no way looking to appease you. x

Great shots, did you use a tripod for the first one & how long did you have the shutter open? We have to prctice and experiment to find the results we are looking for. Then again sure luck is always nice as well..........

first of all - your title is hilarious!! second - these are super cool! i love highways photos with long exposure. and i would have totally thought that the purple-ish color in the second one was a wall - the fact that it's the sky is amazing! great capture! night shots are hard, i've found that out - especially witha point and shoot. i'd love to see more of yours when you get inspired again! :-)

Both shots are awesome my friend, and yes, I believe I AM starting to rub off on you! As I told my good friend TheCrazyCroat, we must stop doing that! These shots are fantastic! The only thing about #1 is the headlights are going in the wrong direction! =) Just kidding of course!!! That lighting in #2 is fantastic! I am always amazed after snapping the shutter and waiting for 30 seconds or so what comes up on the lcd screen. I bet this was a treat for you too tonight! Great shots again, my friend. I would have happily posted these!

I do think that that first shot is great!! :) And your allowed to be over critical once in a while.... we all do it!! But that's what photoblog is for, for the rest of us to remind you just how wonderful your shots are from an outside perspective!

I'm tending to agree with Peche on this one, I really like the first shot. I think that it's an excellent light trail, really vivid and well composed. The second one doesn't even look real, you captured nature casting such a beautiful hue and the leaves just look perfect. I love them both. Lastly, when playing on the freeway, always wear reflectors ~_^ We don't want a smooshed Andrea now do we?
