I know.. busy busy, the same here... but i do like these pictures. Just reading a very old book about photography and these pics should be in it! Great B&W, like the amount of contrast... Just take it easy!!

wtf is a broadband limit? lol i'd be forced to tell my isp to shove it up their ass if they gave me a limit. =P anyway, these are great photos. i'm liking that 4th one with it's blurriness. makes him look like he's moving in ultra high speed mode.

Aw, there is something very rewarding in having a lazy Sunday. Broadband limit? You mean you only have so many hours per month to use the internet? That would be the pits!! You'll have to restrict towside (even tho he insists it isn't him).

gettin' all black and white on us are ya?? well, i'm loving it! this whole set it realy great. i love 3, 4 & 5 particularly. in three, i totally just have a thing for lines. i think that any combination of lines is endless interesting. this shot is no exception. i love how the global is such a circular intrusion. really great composition. four is a lot about lines for me too, but i also realllly like the contrast and the lights and shadows. esp. the footfalls on the walking man. just really interesting breaking of that light spot on the ground. five i love where the focus lands and i love the action of the barrista. i think it's fantastic that he whipped his camera out to share his morning shots! excellent, of course. nice job PB. l&h!

Ah Andrea ... such an amazing set! You don't do TOO much in BW, and this entire set lends itself to it so wonderfully. Congratulations (he says wishing he'd come up with something like these!) for seeing the potential of these shots in BW and making it happen. Fantastic set! As for being busy, I can admit first handed that its okay to be busy and to leave this place (temporarily!) to regroup. I think some of us put entirely way too much pressure upon ourselves to live up to our own unrealistic expectations. When you do pop in, you're posts and comments are always some of the first ones that I look for ... and judging by the many comments every post you receive seems to get, I see that I'm not alone!

Your laid-back Sunday brunch sounds delicious, delightful and many other alliterations! ;) I think that busy sums us both up at the moment - I hope that you're keeping your head above water and not letting any work politics get to you at the moment! Thinking of you. :)
