Earth First! and Cascadia Rising Tide blocked a logging road in Elliott State Forest, Oregon in July, 2009. Loggers were kept out for a few of days until sixty Oregon State Police and other law enforcement moved in and arrested 27 activists. It took two days for police to remove all the blockaders from their positions. The blockade consisted of a bipod, skypod, gate and barrel lock-downs, overturned cargo van, and a slashpile.
