If you are sure you haven't changed settings in your camera, and haven't started using new software to edit your RAW files (if you shoot in RAW) and you get this for all your lenses then I'm lost

But I have noticed some increase in grain sometimes when I use old "analogue" lenses. I'm only speculating but the sensor in a digital camera can reflect light back towards the lens. Modern lenses have a coating on the back lens to block the light but old ones do not since this wasn't a problem back than, so the light enters the lens from behind and bounces around causing flare which decreases contrast. My guess is that the camera tries to compensate by sharpening the image and the natural graininess at 1600 ISO is exaggerated. But then I'm only speculating. My second guess is that you live next to a radar station that is interfering with the electronics in your camera ;)
